You provide: name, email, phone, billing details, reservation info (date/time/party size/equipment), waiver signatures, emergency contact, and government ID or license data used only to verify eligibility and for insurance. Payment details are processed by our payment partners (we don’t store full card numbers).
Automatically collected: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and coarse location from IP.
Operational telemetry: certain equipment may include GPS/telemetry for safety, theft prevention, and location-based recovery.
Cookies & similar tech: essential features (account/checkout/booking), analytics, fraud prevention, and where permitted—personalization.
User content: reviews, photos, questions you submit.

How we use information

Reservations & support: confirm bookings, coordinate launch/pickup, send reminders, handle changes and incident reports.
Safety & compliance: verify eligibility, meet insurer requirements, and assist with loss/theft claims.

Sharing information

We share personal information with service providers (payments, waiver/e-signature tools, messaging, hosting/analytics, insurers/claims administrators, and if you sell merch carriers) under contracts restricting use to our instructions; with authorities where required by law or to protect people/property; and in business transfers (e.g., merger).
We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics/ads tools may be considered “sharing” under certain state laws—email us to exercise applicable rights.

Our site and rentals are not directed to children under 13; minor rider details may be collected only with a responsible adult for safety/waivers.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and legal/insurance requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards; no method is perfect please protect your account.

International visitors

If you access our services from outside the U.S., your data may be processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ.
