Shipping Policy
We don’t ship rental craft. Boards and kayaks are picked up at or delivered to designated launch points around Sarasota per your booking. This policy covers (A) rental delivery/pickup logistics and (B) merchandise shipping if you sell accessories or gift cards.
A) Rental delivery & pickup

Launch points: Confirmed in your booking email/SMS. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in, safety briefing, and PFD fitting.

Mobile delivery (if offered): We deliver to approved ramps/locations for a fee shown at checkout; timing may adjust for weather/tides/traffic.

ID & waivers: Bring a government ID matching the reservation name. All participants sign waivers prior to departure.

Fuel/gear: Where applicable, units depart with the required gear; replacement charges may apply for lost or damaged equipment.
B) Merchandise (accessories/apparel/gift cards)

Processing: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Transit estimates (after dispatch): Standard 4–7 business days; Expedited 4–5 business days (estimates only).

Tracking: Sent once a label is created; first scan can take up to 48 hours.

Undeliverable parcels: If returned due to address issues, we’ll help reship; re-delivery fees may apply.

Damage/loss: Email support@opuaadventures.us within 7 days of marked (or expected) delivery with photos and your order #.
